Tim this photo of CasaGrande #11 was sent to me a couple years back by Brian Norden. As I recall he felt that it had the same general specs as the SVRy engines. There are a couple obvious differences one being the placement of the steam dome. I would think that this change would be fairly small on the erecting floor, but would require changes to the dry pipe length, and throttle linkage. Also the Casa Grande engine has a double type injector on the fireman's side. I loaned my Hancock catolog to Scott Hutton a few years back and so don't have it to refer to, but as I recall Hancock made a type A inspirator like 19 has now, but as a twin model. So is the CasaGrande #11 shown in builders photo the same engine you have the photo of, but at a later date and relettered, or were there multiple engines on different roads in S.Am. built to this design?
