I too have been trying to reserve a place on the photofreight (from here in the UK). I understand the problem may be lack of sufficient serviceable locomotives - currently 4, but 5 are needed for this sort of special working if it is an all-day train. I have suggested running a shortened version Chama-Cumbres and return in the afternoon after the helper off the morning train has returned to Chama and been serviced/fuelled.
