CF&I, now Rocky Mountain Steel Mill, is still running. One of there main products is Rail. They use rescycled steel. They also make wire, seamless pipe. keith

PS The quarry was still being used up to a few years ago. The load out bins are still there, and one can still see the old grade to the load out.
