The Also 2-6-2T "Mountaineer" is still running on the 'mother of ALL narrow gauges,' the Ffestiniog in Wales. She's on her third (fourth?) boiler, but like George Washington's ax she's still the sma eengine in my books.
It was probably also the Ffestiniog, rather than the Welshpool and Llanfair, which honored the gent's BritRail Pass as described earlier in this thread.
