Gary:
If we were talking after 1901 when the new roundhouse was built I would agree but prior to that I am not so sure. The 1901 drawing that PRR refered me to shows a track taking off of the runarround to the north and ending at the area next to that side door and referred to as a coal track. Prior to 1901 we are in the realm of the original roundhouse and the 1881 drawing shows a long wharf parallel to the side of the roundhouse and as long as the roundhouse. I still haven't heard from PRR as to where the 1883 drawing is located. It might settle the question.
