No, it really is 'Washer'. I compared the handwriting on the other 25 pages for the month of September and it definitely is Washer.

and yes I miss typed... that is 2.75 per day, not per hour. Also note that from the scan, both accounts 388 and 400 pay the same rate of 22 11/12 cents per hour (interesting pay scale) so I'm not sure if overtime is considered.

The other job descriptions and pay scale from the 26 page document where:
