Nathan thanks for taking time to post those great pictures. I know first hand how hard everyone works to keep steam alive, but sometimes things can be delayed a little bit. Last year I got a ticket for the second day of the 1744. I rode the opening day of the C&TS & went to Alamosa the next day only to discover 1744 had developed boiler leak on the first day & wouldn't be able to make the run. Anyway thanks for the pics, & a salute to Earl & his crew! I'll be there later this summer & am looking forward to the ride.
