Roger, you posted some pictures here recently taken by Tom Cardin that he e-mailed to you - super shots of some of the current activity going on in the shops. Is there any possibility that you could twist his arm and have him take over the vacancy created when Carlos left? From what has been posted, it sure looks like Tom would be able to do a great job!Just a thought!!
