Brian,

This drawing is a standard gauge coupler and wouldn't even begin to fit on a box car or anyother D&RGW narrow gauge car. Now if your referring to a standard gauge car that was turned into a narrow gauge car like the 6200, 6500, 6600 flats and the 9600 pipe gons. then yes this drawing will work. The D&RGW narrow gauge couplers have the same profile as a standard gauge but most everthing else is smaller.
