About 1,100 feet of track was placed in service. We ran out of steam on Sunday afternoon, three rail lengths short of the end of track, one rail from MP 7. We have about 2.2 miles of track now in service.

While the bulk of the volunteers were working on the track, others put hand brakes on two cars, installed several new windows in coach 8 and painted part of the new water tank. And we can't forget to mention the labors of the kitchen crew, which kept all of us well-fed for the weekend. It's their own fault if anyone goes away hungry from a WW&F track weekend!
