George,
The pickup truck is a 1939 Chevrolet 1/2 ton. I sold it to John Coker about 20 years ago, and I believe he still owns it, so it's probably still in Bayfield or Durango. Soon after John bought the truck, he had it re-painted from its all black to the more common two-tone with forest green body/box and black fenders. The paint has weathered nicely over the years and the truck now has an attractive "used" look to it. The latest photo I saw of it appeared on this site a couple months ago in a collection of photos of the 315 being transported from Santa Rita Park to the D&SNG yards. Some time prior to that, someone posted a great shot of the truck parked next to the Chama depot with its owner having a cigarette while seemingly contemplating life's mysteries.
