According to CRA #25, 0251 was built by Barney & Smith in 1898 for Colorado & NW one of a group of 5 cars (orig #'s l-5, later(DB&W) 23-27).

0250 & 0252 were the ex-Pullman tourist cars built 1889, orig. numbered 465, 467, 469,& 470 wilst in use on D&RG, later C&NW 6-9 (rblt as coaches) then DB&W 19-22,

Then all to Morse Brothers(1919)-WU(1919)-D&RGW(1933)

It is believed that #465 wound up as 0250.
