Future SV Fair

In a few years many of us at the SV would like to hold a rail fair to celebrate the opening of the shops, depot, and loop. Of course all of our operating equipment would be there, but we'd like to have equipment visit as well. So, my question is, does anybody know of equipment other than the Eureka and HW #5 and such that might be able to come? I would guess that most engines and equipment would have to come from the west, so don't expect any EBT steamers. We not only want locomotives, but passenger cars would probably be needed as all we currently have are a few coaches. Anyway if there are any narrow gauge pieces that are or will be operable in a few years and may be able to do some traveling, please let me know about them. Remember that this fair isn't guaranteed, still just in the fantasy stage.
