Mike, I'll never forget the honor of riding over the viaduct that first day in the caboose. When the bridge was load tested.
Lindsey was always gracious and accomodating to the volunteers and I, too, learned a great deal about many things. There was never a day that I wasn't grateful for the opportunity to have worked on that line, no matter how tough it was, and some days were really bad.
It was a once in a lifetime experience, and I too, will remember it always.
