All day today I've heard about the tragedy in New York City and Washington D.C.
All day today I've been reminded of...and have relived...the horrors that took place in my home state of Oklahoma back in 1995.
All day today I've looked forward, after digesting as much of the news as I could stand, of signing on and reading my email from this board, and to sit back and daydream for JUST A LITTLE WHILE about East Broad Top, or Durango, or Chama....
But no, all of what I got today from the Narrow Guage Discussion Forum was more rantings and ravings.
Yes, God Bless America, and yes, I am as saddened, and as numbed, by what happened today as anyone else is. But...can't we please get back to using this forum for what it was originally intended on being, about the wonders and beauty of Narrow Guage railroading? Aren't there other forums on Yahoo! that can be an outlet for the rants and raves that we all must be feeling today?
