In answer to a couple of emails I have received--the D&RGW rule books are still available on Ebay. As long as they are still listed, I cannot sell them outside of the auction, so if you want them, I'm afraid you will have to place a bid on Ebay. Ebay has not pulled them yet and hopefully they won't. I guess they are not as dangerous as the switch locks and keys.
