Maybe someone from the area could tell us, but I don't recall how far they could potentially lay track on the old grade. I also don't know about the various property issues they may have - owners, easements, and what not.

Glad to see so much progress. I hope to get out there one day. Have worked with Mr. Hussar out here in Colorado years ago.
