That NYC boxcar sure looks WIDE! Did the EBT have problems with sg cars on ng trucks producing excessive sway on rough track? I'd imagine a low rail joint would create a lot of unwanted motion and/or excitement. What, if any, special rules existed for movement of such cars in a train?
