Cooool now I feel better it was spent on the 483. My problem was that a lot of folks that were involved in the fund raiser had no idea and only one person approved it on his own. Just my opinion and that is from memory.
"from Jay's fund-raising efforts" This should be changed to "A lot of people's fund raising efforts"
Not a problem now that the money is in a separate fund held by the friends for the 483.
