Re: EBT for sale?

John - I thought it had been for sale for some time now. Problem is the 'family' wants to sell it until an offer is made then they have second thoughts. Otherwise the state would have bought it years ago. Anyone that would just let a complete railroad sit there for 60 years and do absolutely nothing with it is a little eccentric don't you think? I visited it a couple of years ago simply because I was afraid it would be sold someday and who knows what will happen to it. I followed the track from one end to the other. Except for the 5 miles they operate, the rest is grown over with weeds and has trees growing in the center of the track. Several bridges are washed out and the tunnels have partially caved in. If we could just get that guy that won the 300 mega millions to donate a few spare millions we could go up there and save it.
