The original 2:10 TO YUMA is a much better film.
That 1950s film used the same railroad location as used in RED RIVER.
That is, it was filmed on a little used cattle hauling branch of the Southern Pacific, mostly at Elgin Arizona, and now long gone.
Also, the new 3:10 TO YUMA depicted a curious curving up-and-down rail line that looked more like a roller coaster than a most level Chinese build railroad.
