Sorry Steve, but I do *not* think your wish that GTL, Inc. comes back will happen.

If Railstar ends up being replaced, their replacement will be someone who (1) knows how to safely run on the Loop, (2) has previously been successful at contracting with the CHS, and (3) is willing and able to use the equipment (#9, #12, #111 and the CHS-owned passenger cars) that the CHS has heavily invested in.

AFAIK, there is one person/company that fits this description. From what I can see, he has been doing such a masterful job of positioning himself that nobody else on the NGDF is able to realize he's the perfect solution to the CHS's problems.
