Current attempts to restore the Creede - Wagon Wheel Gap branch have been discussed here several times. Do a search on Creede for the period 23-Apr-2000 to current time, and you will unearth scads of commentary.
Also, the link below should take you to an unofficial web site run by Richard Cutter, who is one of the guys involved in the current effort to restore this railroad.
