This is a frustrating couple of years for all that want good operations at the loop. I find it to be almost a no win situation. Through the RFP process and implementation of Railstar, there were knowledgeable people asking questions of the CHS and they either were lied to, or given answers that indicated that the operation was going to be what it today. Those asking questions of the CHS were naysayers then. Now that 15% of the 2007 season is down the drain and fingerpointing is again rampant, those same people are said to not be supporting the loop.
It is true that sitting around complaining won't fix things, but forums like this are the first to point out what is wrong so that positive action can be taken. We all want to see the loop run smoothly and safely but obviously that is not happening now.
