As Ken says, the Iowa event is primarily a historical farming celebration. But in that sense there are many operating steam tractors in attendance (about 150 the last year I was there). The Midwest Central Railroad has at least three operating steam locomotives on site, including an ex-West Side Lumber Shay. There's not just one electric trolley, but several restored and operating trolleys owned by the Midwest Electric Railway which has its headquarters on the grounds. In addition there's an impressive display of small to very large stationary steam engines. So there is plenty there for rail and/or steam enthusiasts, whether agriculture is your main interest or not.
