The information I got on Tom Gibbony, Joe Delaney and Pete Marinelli came from the seniority list at the Colorado Railroad Museum, listed under the Clear Creek District. Since that was cut back too I don't know how much work they got as they were combined with the enginemen already there. They were low on the list which usually means they were cut off most of the time.
I know Delaney got to go to Leadville since he was the engineer on the last narrow gauge run. Sam Speas' book has a picture of Gibbony on the Leadville run in 1949.
