I heard from a very reliable source that #12's frame is working in the saddle and the cross memebers. To be made right the frame needs dissasembly, all the tapered bolt holes reemed out and new tapered bolts fitted. The cylinder saddle would need to have it's keyways welded up and recut along with the matching keyways on the frame.
