According to sources at Railstar, with the exception of the axles, the #12 is in very good shape! The axles are supposed to be shipped to St. Louis to be redone right away and the plan is to have them back by mid-April so the #12 can be ready in May. If you find the thread "simple questions" and look at my response, everything that I posted came directly from my source and I am confident that it is definitive.
