#12's general condition is?

Other than the axles that need to be replaced, is little #12 in fairly good condition? Other than annual, normal repairs, is it in good shape?
I have seen the Porter that will becoming fresh from its overhaul from the Sumpter Valley when the 1203 was at the Huckleberry Railroad in Michigan. Fairly good sized locomotive, certainly much larger than the little diesel at the Loop at the moment.
