Nov., 1877 - shortly after road was completed to Idaho Springs mentions BB is under the charge of Mr. Babcock. Station Agent. BB became an eating house on the CC, also was shipping lumber from a sawmill on the siding.
Sept 1880 - William Hussey opened the eating house at Forks Creek and within a month the eating house at BB was closed. At this same time the Rocky Mountain News reported that the Colorado Central had opened a pavilion at Beaver Brook
Side note - within a month a workman reported to have seen a ghost at the pavilion, and a second sighting was reported about 2 weeks later
The attached photo with your post was probably taken shortly after the pavilion was put in. The box car was CC #516 originally #16, a 23' box, and would be renumbered #1516 within a year
