SB07-181: Here the reference you cite is on page 44, not 22! Perhaps you missed footnote "b" which says that of the $4,000,000. only $ 1,350,000. is coming from the Capital Construction fund. The rest, $2,650,000.(footnote b) is made up of $ 1,350,000. from New Mexico and $ 1,300,000. from gifts, grants and donations. As with the first bill, this line item is contained under the heading of the Colorado Historical Society.
