Uintah had 11 engines in 1st ICC Boiler inspector

The First edition of the Annual Report of Chief Inspector of Locomotive Boiler in 1912 was special as it included a finding on almost all the railroads regardless of the number of locomotives owned. From the Second edition on, it did not identify any railroad with 10 engines or less. I am interested in my suspicion that the Uintah had a first No.6, a Shay from 1912 to about 1917, which disagrees with all the know roster and "denial Rodger". For some reason the Uintah was included in each following editions as it recorded 11 engines to be inspected, and similarly in the following annual reports..
I have included the East Broad Top as an interesting comparison as it also had 11 engines, but no fire-box sheets bulged. That 7% grades much have been the cause of the different in defects.
The list of Defects in 66 items but I will only list the items that are recorded on these two lines.
