I will try and get some pictures of the #303 up soon. It is looking pretty good I am now starting to paint the interior now.
As much as I would like to put a diffrent roof on it I do not think the others will let me. Leaf spring are a good idea though.
Hey Skip, Yes those are draw bars on the pilots. I would very much like to see them go away. I have a passionate dislike for them. As it is we have coupling problems. The Disney coaches use 1/2 size couplers at an 18" height and of course the former D.& R.G.W. and the I.R.C.A. equipment all have full size couplers.
Thrown into the mix the work train equipment uses Wilson style ouplers or link and pin.
Another issue I have is the air brake systems. The Disney cars are set up with strait air. the rest of the equipment is automatic air. Some day I would like convert the Disney coaches over to automatic air.
