Now hold on, we still attempt to operate historically accurate where we're able. We're running original EVERYTHING (on the property pre 1956 that is), except our diesel switchers and one (soon to become two) open car converted from a boxcar. Most passenger equipment was sold off and thus some freight cars were pressed into passenger service.
When reopened for excursion service, the railroad was never really restructured, and thus, remains pretty much the same 151 year-old company that hauled coal from the mines to the PRR. Imagine that, the narrow gauge EBT outlasted the mighty PRR in a corporate sense?
