Try the Dornier 328

I've only flown the 328. The 328 is the quietest turboprop I've ever flown on.
Also, as Boris mentioned the 328 is a high-wing, so nearly every window seat has a decent view. The 328s generally have a single seat on one side of the aisle and double seats on the other side.

The Beech 1900 has 1-1 seating (every seat is a window seat) but its a low-wing design so the wing spoils the view from some seats.

I suppose one could say that the 1900 is the narrow-gauge choice and the 328 is more the standard-gauge (trying to get back to the theme of this Board).
