I'v flown both types (as a passenger):
Take the DO328 to Durango, it's much roomier inside than the Beech, sound insulation is better,and it's a very scenic flight form Denver to Durango.
Make sure your airline knows your about your "size", I always call them and let them know that my legs are just to long for any seat row other than the one near the emergency exit.
I'd say you'd fare better in case of a emergency landing in the DO328, as it's wings are mounted above the cabin, in case the gear won't come out, you'd just slide over the runway on the belly.
