This hoist is not the one in Maxwell's photo. This one was part of the shop. The one in Maxwell's photo straddled two tracks in the yard west of the depot and on the south side in the direction of the power plant. In Maxwell's photo, you see pole being transferred from a standard gauge flat to a narrow gauge flat (or vice versa) don't have the photo handy.
