I started working for Railstar in May, and put in many hours of work through the summer. You are correct that Railstar does not spend money on any of the equipment, but that is how it is supposed to be, since the CHS owns it all. I can tell you that Railstar employees, including myself, spent many many hours during the season doing repairs on the locomotives and rolling stock. The pay for the employees came from Railstar, and these hours of work is what kept us opperating. Too many people expect too much. Look at Disneyland. When it opened, it was a nightmare: nothing worked. There wasn't even any water fountains. Now look at Disney, and how successful it is. Even the most successful enterprises have rough starts. Give Railstar time, and you might be suprised at the outcome.
