Let's see, insurance company will pass +100% of cost onto to UP, which will either increase the cost to non-union employees and/or UP will look for a way to reduce other expenses in relation to the Union personal. End result is why companies keep dropping or reducingHealth care coverage. This is why Milt Friedman's "Free to Choose" should be required reading in High School. There is no such thing as a free lunch!!!!!!!!!
