I'm one of Rick's steam engineers. Since it is not a steam day, tomorrow we will be dropping more ballast in the area where we laid almost 80 new ties last month. We'll take some photos and post them on NERail for you. Our Santa Fest starts next week. 16 days of steam operations at night. Something about operating on a cold clear night under the stars that brings out the best in steam. Can't beat that!
