Steve, I was one who never thought you'd get the Lopp operating as you did...much less getting 9 back steaming. Well, I'm one guy who was very pleasantly amazed. You and your people have done a great job.
Nevermind the naysayers who happened to come by on a day when things weren't going as you wanted them to. This was just the first year and we can all expect great things to come to The Loop. You've proven your words of a year ago. You talked the talk, walked the walk. It IS a duck!
