Start by learning to spell EXPERIENCE. I don't know about the operation at the Loop except to say that the day I was there nothing was running as both steamers and the diesel were broken down. However, the staff was in the shop working as hard as they could to get it all back up and running which they did a few days later I understand. I think they are doing the best they can with what they were given. If there is blame you can put it on the shoulders of the CHS and previous operator's failure to come to an agreement. They just basically ruined a really good operation with 30 years experience and lost all that equipment and locomotives from the previous operator. Really stupid.
