If you want to find out some more information on engines, I suggest visiting www.drgw.org. They have information on many things about the D&RGW and it's predicessors. If you want further information, you can obtain it from the Colorado Railroad museum. And finally, if you want to see lots of photos from the area, and other info, including a complete roster of survivng D&RGW equipment, go to Dave Dyes site at www.users.qswest.net.
If you are ever looking for books, go for the NG pictorials by Grandt, John Norwoods books, or Rio Grande to the Pacific.
