I am a little confused, are you saying that the 1929 wall was between stalls 5 and 6 or between the 4th and 5th stalls from the river side rather than between the 3rd and 4th stalls from the river? I had thought that the wall was in the latter position, between 3 and 4.
Do you know when the bulldozer actually did the deed, recoganizing that the authorization date and the accomplishment date might differ?
Appreciate the information.
