As far as I know, this is Ron Burkhard's idea and project. Ron handles some of TUT's tours, including the D&S and C&TS, and we talked about this when we were all in Banff this spring. At the time, he was hoping that 315 would be available for the upcoming D&S charter, and we talked about scheduling some additional events to share and spread the repainting costs.
I hope it works out - it's a great idea, and Ron's a top-notch guy to work with.
