If this is Bob Jennings and he says that he has a group, let hope he does not gets anywhere?
With the National trend to vote down any tax intiatives, leeves, public improvement projects, if this got on the ballot how would "Joe and Janet Taxpayer" really feel about supporting the C&TS?
Lets just hope that he goes away. However it was reported to me that he was at the last Bi-State Railroad Commission meeting and had 3 minutes to speak. So he has a been on the record in the public meetings?
