That would make sense. Colombia is one the odd South American Countries that has a extensive 3 ft. Ga. system. The railroad is sort of seeing a rebirth on one line for inproved coal exports. I think recently some new modern hopper cars have been spotted on flatcars in the US on trains. They were in transit to eastern ports for shipments. Also the Guerrila War with FARC and other militia armies is mostly confined to the north. Still a dangerous country for travel.
A British tour group went to Colombia last year and rode behind a 4-8-2 out of Bogota.
