Unfortunately something is preventing me from looking at your pictures listed here, some access code.
As to yesterdays care that I could look at I wonder if the car is one of the series bought in 1890's that were later rebuilt into the 4400 series cars. Sone of the 4400 cars has coupler buffer plates of wood much likje the light area in the one picture and I am pretty sure they were 24 ft cars. Need to look in Sloans book to be sure. I think they came from ACF or ST Charles.
