Martin, I have that photo framed in my kitchen. Despite some acrimony in our group regarding paint scheme, we decided some time ago to adopt the the appearance of the engine in the photo, about 1939 or 1940. Why? That was the best the engine ever looked (it looked proessively worse as time passed in service as the Durango switcher) this was basically what it looked like when it was a road engine.
