We've been very busy at the WW&F this year. This spring we completed a new flatcar #126 and we added almost 1000 feet of in service track. We are preparing to hoist the tank portion of our watertank onto the tower so we can then enclose it. Most Maine NG above ground tanks were enclosed so they could be heated in winter. We are currently istalling the run around track in Sheepscot Yard so we can eliminate the push-pull operation. We have a crew working to restore ex-Edaville excursion car #103 to service. Another crew built a handcar this year and we are working on a 2 foot gauge crane car. There's always regular track work and grass cutting... So, we are very busy. Please check out our website at www.wwfry.org for progress reports.
